I bought this to go in my pool in Billionaire Villa on the understanding that it would actually FLOAT on the surface of my pool. It doesn't. It sits on the bottom. I am new still and am really upset & dissapointed. I love the item and poses .... just not the dfact it doesn't float! Does it only float in certain pools? PLEASE can I have a refund & can youtell me what the problem is with it? I will happily buy a different one from you if it DOES float! Thankies.
