This can go either way and I like that.
One minute, very androgynous attire on the other [with the skirt] .... *z snaps* business woman status. I am diggin' the simplicity of it all. pattern and color choices in all the versions. Where my eye sort of gets a little confused is the white shading for the fabric it's a lot more prominent looking in the actual product than in the product image. I actually prefer the less white light/shading happening in the product image.
