I have contacted the purchaser regarding this. Inventory problems are not a result of the product as all inventory is stored on IMVU's databases. If IMVU is experiencing lag, it can take 24-48 hours for an item to appear. If it still does not appear IMVU has a FAQ topic for this in the forums here: http://tr.imvu.com/catalog/modules.php?op=modload&name=-
