You get it to work like any other pose spot, you move it to where you want and then click the icon that appears when you move the mouse over it.
Incidentally, this was a support issue and not a product review. In future it's always best to contact the items author/s when you don't know how something works, especially when the product in question is perfectly fine (else it wouldn't have passed review).
