Basilissa -- Red x's in your inventory messenger are an IMVU software problem and are not caused by developer products. You simply need to delete and reload your inventory icons. Directions for doing this are in the forums. Since you haven't responded to my messages, I assume you've already gotten this resolved; but if not, please let me know and I'll help you find additional instructions if needed.
