I love the room but unfortunately the only place I wanted to put it, it came out below the ground and nothing I could do would get it above ground fully. I have no idea how to overcome this problem because I'm not a dev. and if you know this is a problem perhaps it might help if you explain to people if there's a way to fix it. The room itself is very nice but if there's not many rooms to put it in without it sinking, it's very limited in it's usefulness. The biggest problem is you don't know before you buy something whether it's going to sink in it or not. So it can be a very expensive exercise trying to find somewhere to put it. For this reason, I can only give it a three.
