This chair does NOT include the baby! You must provide your own baby and do a nice manual delivery, which is preferred by many on imvu. If you want a birthing bed that includes the baby, see the "Real Baby Birth" product, also available in the catty. As for this not working...there is nothing not to work. It includes poses which work just fine. :) If you have any questions about this product, please message me rather than put down a bad review and lower my tier scores please.
